Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term. This decision follows recent changes to the Skilled Worker visa regulations introduced by the UK Government in July 2025.

However, we welcome applications from candidates who are eligible under alternative UK immigration routes that do not require Skilled Worker sponsorship now or at any point in the future.
