- 5+ years of experience as a lead developer and designer using the WebSphere suite
- Experience analyzing and understanding the design of existing WebSphere solutions
- Experience identifying business processes and creating IT solutions that deliver those functions in WebSphere
- Strong communication skills (visual and verbal) and demonstrated experience using those skills to convey innovative solutions to IT and business management
- Experience with JAVA development
- experience with SAP IDOCs and EDI.
- Experience with architecture and design of WebSphere process server
