• Create and implement strategic territory plans to grow market share.
• Deliver CPDs, product presentations, showroom meetings and design consultations.
• Represent the brand at industry events, product launches and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting and sales forecasts.
• Work closely with internal teams to support successful project delivery.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

We are looking for someone based within a reasonable commuting distance of Central London who is comfortable working in a field-based sales role.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience in specification or commercial sales within flooring, interior finishes, furniture, textiles, wallcoverings, acoustics or a related interior products sector.
• An established network of contacts across London's architecture, interior design, Design & Build and Fit-Out communities.
• Experience promoting premium, design-led products within specification-driven markets.
• A successful track record of generating new business, developing pipelines and converting opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive business development approach.

This opportunity will suit an ambitious individual who enjoys building relationships, influencing projects and developing their presence within the design community.

You may already be working in specification sales, or have experience in internal sales, showroom sales, specification support or project coordination within a relevant interiors business and be ready to take the next step into a field-based sales role.

You will be confident engaging with architects, designers and commercial stakeholders, commercially motivated and keen to build a long-term career representing a highly respected brand.

• Uncapped performance-related commission and bonus.
• Pension.
• Company mobile phone and laptop.
• 25 days' annual holiday.
• Genuine long-term career development and progression opportunities.

If you are passionate about design-led interiors and have the commercial drive to develop new business and influence specifications, we'd love to hear from you.
