🚨💥 NEW CASE ALERT: BIG HEARTS, BIG ENERGY, PHENOMENAL PAY! 💥🚨

🎯 NOW HIRING: IN-HOME BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (BT/RBT) 🎯

📍 Rye Brook, NY 10573 | Westchester County
💰 TOP-TIER PAY | 🕒 25 HOURS/WEEK | 🌙 AFTER-SCHOOL HOURS

🦸‍♀️ Calling all Behavior Tech superheroes! 🦸‍♂️

Do you have the patience of a saint, the observational skills of Sherlock Holmes, and the ability to stay calm when a six-year-old decides that putting away three blocks is suddenly the greatest injustice in human history? 😂🧱

Do you believe that behind every challenging behavior is a little human trying to communicate something — and that with the right support, consistency, and a whole lot of heart, amazing things can happen?

Then we might have your next favorite case! 💙

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate BT/RBT to work 1-on-1 in the home with a bright, verbal 6-year-old boy in Rye Brook. He has a moderate level of functioning and presents with significant challenging behaviors, so we need someone who can bring their clinical skills, keep a cool head when things get spicy 🌶️, and celebrate the little victories like they just won the Super Bowl. 🏆

Because sometimes progress looks like mastering a new skill… and sometimes it looks like surviving a transition without the entire household entering a season finale. 📺🤣

💰 WHY YOU'LL WANT THIS CASE

💵 THE PAY IS PAYING!
We’re offering premium, top-tier rates because talented behavior professionals deserve to be compensated accordingly. Your skills are valuable, and we know it!

☀️ MORNINGS ARE YOURS!
Love sleeping in, hitting the gym, running errands, or enjoying your coffee while it’s still HOT? We’ve got you! Sessions take place after school, with approximately 25 hours per week available.

🏡 ONE-ON-ONE IMPACT
Work directly with one child in a home setting where you can build rapport, support meaningful progress, and make a genuine difference.

🗣️ ¿Hablas español? ¡Te queremos!
Spanish-speaking candidates are especially encouraged to apply! Your bilingual skills could make an incredible difference in connecting with the family.

💙 BRING YOUR HEART AND YOUR CLINICAL BRAIN
We’re looking for someone who understands that behavior is communication, progress takes consistency, and a sense of humor can be a lifesaver on the tougher days.

🦸‍♂️ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

✅ A dependable, patient, and proactive BT or RBT
✅ Someone comfortable supporting a child with significant challenging behaviors
✅ A professional who can stay calm, follow the behavior plan, and think on their feet
✅ Someone who celebrates progress, big and small
✅ Spanish speakers are a BIG plus! 🇪🇸
✅ Someone ready to bring positive energy, professionalism, and compassion to the case

🚨 THE BOTTOM LINE: Great pay. A consistent after-school schedule. Meaningful 1-on-1 work. And the opportunity to help a little guy build skills that can make a BIG difference.

If you’re the kind of person who can handle the hard moments, celebrate the wins, and show up with patience even when the blocks are apparently plotting against you… WE WANT TO MEET YOU! 😂🧱💙
