**ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
**Our agency opened in 2012 and continues to grow, with a strong focus on building a high-energy, relationship-driven team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sponsorship sales for MLB teams and managed a concert venue, bringing a unique, people-focused and sales-driven background into the business.

I attended Ball State and am a proud parent of two sons who both play college baseball. Outside of work, I stay closely connected to the community through local high schools, sports leagues, food drives, and holiday meal initiatives.

For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), group life benefits, additional bonus opportunities, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Our office culture is fun, outgoing, and team-oriented. We enjoy quarterly events, happy hours, and activities like Topgolf and bowling, along with regular contests and team hangouts outside of work. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and curious - someone with a strong sales mindset who isn’t afraid to ask questions, connect with customers, and grow within a supportive, high-energy environment.
