Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Bridge is building a payments platform that uses stablecoins to simplify global money movement. Our application programming interfaces (APIs) help businesses send and receive funds across borders. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to access, store, and spend US dollars, while our payouts infrastructure helps platforms disburse funds globally.

Our team brings experience building financial infrastructure at companies including Coinbase, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, and Airbnb. We’re focused on making stablecoins a practical foundation for global payments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for clients

• Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process and help shape the Bridge/Stripe sales culture

• 4-10 years sales experience, preferably selling a technical product in both high-velocity and enterprise motions

• Experience managing the full sales cycle at a high-growth payments, financial technology, crypto, or technology company

• Experience using data to prioritize accounts, build business cases, and track outcomes, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, Excel, and basic SQL, or demonstrated comfort with data tools and analysis

• Ability to comfortably understand technical product requirements, explain solutions across multiple technology products, and work with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver customer outcomes

• Superior written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to prioritize a high-volume territory and work persistently through ambiguity in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

Preferred qualifications

• Experience managing a large pipeline of both high-velocity and enterprise prospects
