Full description
fal is the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. We build the infrastructure, tools, and model access that teams need to move from idea to production, and do it at scale without compromise. For developers and enterprises, fal is the foundation that makes generative media not just possible, but practical: a unified platform where high-performance inference, orchestration, and observability come together to unlock new categories of AI-native products.
As generative media reshapes industries across a market projected to grow by hundreds of billions over the next decade, fal is becoming the ecosystem that ambitious teams build on.
About The Role
fal is redefining the creative technology stack for the Generative Media age. We’re looking for a high-performing Commercial (Mid-Market) Account Executive to join our growing team and help customers harness the power of AI to create, automate, and scale media generation.

What You'll Do
- Prospect into target mid-market accounts to generate qualified opportunities and consistent pipeline growth.
- Leverage marketing-generated leads and outbound efforts to create demand for fal’s Generative Media infrastructure.
- Partner with creative studios, AI innovation teams, and AI developers to identify new opportunities for adoption.
- Execute each sales cycle with precision: conduct discovery, lead product demonstrations, align executives, and deliver business outcomes that drive long-term customer value.
- Develop deep expertise in fal's Generative Media platform, its technical architecture, and its value proposition across industries.
- Execute strategic campaigns to drive customer adoption and expand usage within accounts during the first 6–12 months post-sale.
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to surface insights and influence go-to-market strategy.
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-evolving market, continually learning and innovating to meet customer needs.
