Account Executive, Enterprise (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our motivated team — people who inspire our customers with our best in market, pre-testing solutions and who can transform their specific needs into a deeply imbedded partnership.

As an Account Executive at Brainsuite, you are a vital part of the GTM team — someone who knows exactly how to position our neuroscience-based, predictive AI pre-testing solutions with senior marketing, brand, and consumer & market insights (CMI) leaders inside large enterprise organizations, and who is confident navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.

Your mission: acquire new enterprise business, with a focus on key accounts in the FMCG, F&B, and retail sectors — ideally opening doors through your own existing network of senior CMI contacts. In addition, you will drive revenue growth within our existing client portfolio and make a significant contribution to the growth of our company.

In your role, you will collaborate closely with our C-level, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams.

Use your experience to develop into a leading industry expert in AI-driven, neuroscience-based marketing technology — working directly with the pioneers behind our approach and learning from the best in the industry.

• You're proactive about building your own pipeline through active prospecting and consistent follow-up, and you're supported along the way by leads and campaigns from our Marketing team.
• You deliver compelling presentations of our solutions to senior stakeholders in consumer & market insights (CMI), brand, and shopper marketing — leveraging your existing network of CMI leaders and innovative sales techniques to open new doors.
• You continuously expand your customer portfolio through creative outreach strategies — from events to social media.
• You develop smart sales strategies and execute them consistently to achieve your targets and quotas.
• You provide expert advice to prospective customers while always keeping ROI in mind.
• You bring your A-game to a data-driven sales strategy: you maintain accurate CRM data, track your sales progress, create reliable forecasts, and continuously optimize your data-driven approach across the entire sales funnel.
• After closing, you work closely with our Customer Success team to grow our existing accounts.
• You travel regularly to meet enterprise clients and prospects face-to-face, building the kind of trusted relationships that large organizations expect from a strategic partner.

• You bring consumer & market insights (CMI) experience — ideally with an existing black book of senior CMI, brand, or insights leaders — and you know how to navigate large, matrixed enterprise organizations to sell in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• You have 3+ years of experience in a SaaS start-up or scale-up environment — ideally as an Account Executive or in Sales Development.
• You have a talent for innovative prospecting and enjoy the challenge of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• You have a strong understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, marketing automation, and/or market research.
• You take an entrepreneurial approach to sales initiatives and decision-making and take ownership of their execution.
• You have fluent to excellent written and spoken English skills.
• You live in Germany (or are willing to relocate), hold a valid work permit, and are happy to travel to meet clients in person.
• Last but not least, you are passionate about your work, motivated to learn everything about our neuroscientific approach to pre-testing, and enjoy thinking creatively, unconventionally, and outside the box.

• You have experience in the market research industry or in brand management.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as BANT and SPICED is a plus.
• Fluent German language skills are a plus, given many of our client contacts are based in the DACH region.
• You have experience with sales and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Woodpecker, Apollo, Wiza, Aircall, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and are familiar with cold outreach campaigns.
• You are naturally curious and have a strong thirst for knowledge, constantly looking to develop your skills and expertise in our fast-paced industry.

• An international team striving for greatness: At our company, you will meet people from all over the world who embrace and value diversity. Our flat hierarchies and an open, supportive work culture encourage collaboration and mutual respect.
• Shape the future with us: Whether it's artificial intelligence, neuroscience, creative effectiveness, behavioral science, or marketing transformation, with us, you will work on forward-thinking topics that are driving change in the industry — learning directly from the pioneers of our neuroscientific approach to pre-testing, and backed by Marketing's own pipeline-generation initiatives.
• Your workplace? Anywhere in Germany: We are 100% remote and give you the freedom to choose your location flexibly. Personal interaction is still an important part of our culture — we regularly meet in person at team gatherings as well as our summer and winter parties.
• Grow with us: We support your personal and professional development with an annual learning budget that you can use flexibly for training, courses, or conferences.
• More time for yourself: Enjoy 30 vacation days per year, plus an extra two days off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
• Workation: Need a change of scenery? No problem! With us, you can work from another EU country for up to 28 days a year.
• Access to corporate benefits and FutureBens: Take advantage of exclusive employee discounts on a wide range of products and services through our partnership with Corporate Benefits and FutureBens.

• Screening Call with Monika Vasatkova (People & Culture Manager) - 30 Min
• Interview with Niclas Rabel (Head of Sales) - 45 Min
• Case Study (max. 3 hours)
• Final interview with Dr. Dirk Held (Co-Founder & CSO) (45 Min)
