Account Executive

Company Overview

At Glass Meadows, Inc., our goal is to cultivate and produce high-quality cannabis products that provide safe, effective and consistent experiences for our customers. We are a privately held, family-owned New Jersey cultivator and manufacturer operating a 67,000-square-foot glass greenhouse in Sussex County.

We produce a portfolio of in-house brands sold through licensed adult-use dispensaries across the state. As we expand our canopy and introduce licensed partner brands, beginning with Cheech & Chong, we are building the sales and field organization to support our growth.

Role Summary

The Account Executive will manage a defined territory of licensed dispensary accounts across New Jersey. This person will grow revenue in existing accounts, reactivate lapsed customers, open new doors, and work with retail partners to drive sell-through and repeat orders.

This is a field-based role centered on relationships with dispensary buyers and time spent in stores. Success will be measured through revenue growth, new distribution, account retention, and the field activity that supports those results.

The Account Executive reports to the Director of Sales. The role requires substantial travel throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle. Glass Meadows has a satellite office in Collingswood, and its headquarters and production facility are located at 152 Hampton House Road, Newton, NJ 07860.
