Must have
- 1+ years of closing experience in B2B sales, ideally SMB with short sales cycles (or a top-performing SDR ready to make the jump)
- A track record of hitting or beating quota, with the numbers to back it up
- Comfort running back-to-back discovery calls and keeping your energy and quality high all day
- A consultative style: you ask good questions, find the real problem, and connect it to a solution before you pitch
- Confidence asking for the business and handling objections like price, timing, and "I need to think about it"
- Enough comfort with websites, SEO, and digital marketing to be credible with business owners (you don't need to be an expert, but you need to be curious)
- A competitive, money-motivated mindset that thrives on uncapped commission

About Grandir
Grandir is one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. We are a marketing agency built for where search is heading. As AI changes how people find businesses online, we help our clients stay ahead by combining AI-driven strategy and tools with proven digital marketing: SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), PPC, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
We're a high-performing group of professionals who believe in combining hard work with a collaborative, engaging workplace culture. Our team thrives on innovation, mutual support, and celebrating wins together. If you're an ambitious self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment where initiative is rewarded and professional growth is prioritized, you'll fit right in. We offer comprehensive mentorship from experienced sales leaders while maintaining an environment where new ideas are welcomed and fresh perspectives are valued. We believe sales is a craft — and we train and develop our team to help them master it.
How We're Different
- Built for the future of search. We’re leading with AI-driven strategy as search changes, backed by the proven digital marketing fundamentals our clients rely on.
- Growth you can see. Our team is growing as fast as the company, which means real opportunities to move up.
- Clear paths, not vague promises. Every role has defined levels and promotion criteria, so you always know exactly what it takes to move up and earn more.
- Real impact from day one. We’re small enough that your work directly moves the business, and big enough to invest in your training and growth.
- We invest in our people. Hands-on training, mentorship, President’s Club, and growth from within.
About the Role
This is a closing role in a high-velocity, B2B sales environment. As an AE, you’ll run discovery calls booked by our SDR and Marketing teams, diagnose each business owner’s online presence, and show them how Grandir can bring them more leads and jobs.
You’ll own the close, then hand your new clients off to our Client Success team so you can get right back to selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls with home service business owners booked by our SDR and Marketing teams (about 36 a month)
- Diagnose each prospect’s online presence (website, SEO, Google Business Profile, ads) and show how Grandir can bring them more leads and jobs
