The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive, LATAM to join our growing U.S. Sales team.

This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing seller who enjoys both new business acquisition and expanding relationships within existing customers. You’ll be responsible for developing and growing our presence across the Latin American market, owning the sales cycle from prospecting through close while identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts.

You’ll work closely with our broader Go-to-Market organization, including New Logo, Inbound, Customer Success and Expansion teams, to create a connected customer experience and accelerate growth across LATAM.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the LATAM market, knows how to navigate complex buying environments, and is excited about helping customers adopt new technology — including emerging AI capabilities.

How you’ll spend your time

• Own the full sales cycle across LATAM, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close and expansion.

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities across the LATAM market.

• Identify and engage decision-makers across safety, operations, HR, IT and other relevant business functions.

• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to customers.

• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including additional users, teams, products, modules and platform capabilities.

• Partner closely with Customer Success and other GTM teams to identify customer needs and create opportunities for growth.

• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business priorities and operational goals.

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Mitti’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

• Help customers understand the value of emerging capabilities, including AI and AI-powered workflows, and identify opportunities to expand adoption.

• Research industries, companies and markets to develop a strong understanding of the LATAM customer landscape.

• Collaborate with New Logo and Inbound teams to ensure strong handoffs and maximize opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account activity in Salesforce.

• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while building a strong foundation for long-term growth across the region.

About you

• Proven experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through close.

• Demonstrated experience selling into Latin American markets and navigating the unique commercial and cultural dynamics of the region.

• Strong track record of generating pipeline and closing new business.

• Experience identifying and executing expansion opportunities within existing customers.

• Consultative sales approach with the ability to uncover business challenges and connect solutions to meaningful customer outcomes.

• Comfortable engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders across multiple departments and business units.

• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing negotiations, contracts and multi-stakeholder buying processes.

• Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating with significant ownership and autonomy.

• Strong prospecting skills with a willingness to create pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities.

• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities, processes and markets can evolve.

• Experience selling emerging technology, AI solutions or workflow/operations platforms is a strong plus.

• Experience working across both New Logo and Expansion motions is highly desirable.

Language Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Professional fluency in Portuguese is highly preferred.

• Trilingual candidates with English, Spanish and Portuguese language skills are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Experience conducting business conversations, presentations and negotiations in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly valued.

What success looks like

In this role, success means more than simply closing deals.

You’ll help establish and grow Mitti’s presence across LATAM, build trusted relationships with customers, create meaningful pipeline and identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing organizations.

You’ll also play an important role in helping customers understand how new capabilities particularly AI and automation can solve real operational challenges and create measurable value.

Over time, you’ll help shape how we approach the LATAM market and become an important part of our broader growth strategy.
