Account Executive - Mid Market

At Attention, we're transforming how go-to-market teams operate by turning every customer interaction into structured data, insights, and intelligent action. Our AI agents help organizations execute faster, learn continuously, and make every deal cycle more efficient and predictable.

We're building the future of revenue intelligence, and the team reflects that. Attention was founded by second-time founders and built with engineers and GTM operators out of Yale, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard.

That combination is working. We've raised over $40M to push the boundaries of how GTM tools operate. In the last eighteen months we've gone from $2M to $XXM in ARR, shipped more than 2,000 agents, and grown to 400+ customers, including Lovable, Scale AI, EliseAI, and Headway.

The role

As an Account Executive at Attention, you'll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, selling to CROs, VPs of Sales, and RevOps leaders at fast-growing companies. Cycles run 4 to 8 weeks and deals run $30K to $200K.

You'll use your prospecting skills to pursue net new business, working your own account list alongside our BDR team, with additional pipeline coming inbound from growth.

This role is for someone with grit, who works hard, and who figures things out without waiting to be told how.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospects from lead to close

• Prospect and build your own pipeline through outbound

• Work with the BDR team to qualify meetings from outbound and inbound channels

• Run a consultative sales cycle: discovery, demo, and building value around Attention

• Multi-thread across sales leadership, RevOps, and end users

• Maintain an accurate weekly forecast and hit quota quarterly

Context

Our GTM motion is still being written, and the people closing deals are the ones writing it. Mid-market is where the playbook gets tested fastest: enough volume to see the pattern, short enough cycles to know within a quarter whether a change worked. What you learn in a deal goes into how the next twenty get sold.

This is a small, in-person team. The founders, engineers, operators, and sales leaders building Attention are the people you work beside daily.

You'll report to the Head of Sales.

What you'll bring

• 3 to 5 years as an AE in B2B SaaS, closing full cycle

• A track record of sourcing your own pipeline: BDR background, or self-sourced deals in your current seat

• President's Club, top-decile finish, or equivalent

• Technically fluent on APIs, MCPs, and how AI agents work

• AI-forward in how you sell

• Multi-threading experience across a buying group

• Self-motivated, resilient, and gritty

• NYC, in office five days a week

Selling to sales and revenue leaders is a plus, not a requirement.

Benefits

• Employer-paid health and dental

• 401(k) with company match

• Unlimited PTO

• Dinner covered and commuter benefits when you're working late
