Account Manager EU

Are you great with people — and even better at spotting potential? You know how to keep relationships strong, but you’re just as sharp at recognizing where new opportunities live. You're curious about industries, strategic in your outreach and always thinking about how to deliver more value. At STRV, we’re looking for someone who asks smart questions, builds real trust and knows when to go after the win.

At STRV, Your Role Will Be To

• You'll own the client relationship post-sale, acting as the key point of contact for STRV's clients across EMEA and making sure their goals get met, not just managed

• You'll get to know each client's business inside out and shape solutions that build long-term value, not just fill a contract

• Regular in-person travel means real relationships, not calls from a screen. Think Germany, Italy, UK, Spain. This is a hands-on role

• You'll manage account health end to end: project extensions, upsells, proactive check-ins and strategic alignment

• Expect close collaboration with Product, Engineering and Design (and Marketing, when it counts) to spot expansion opportunities and turn them into proposals and messaging that land

• You'll keep CRM records sharp. HubSpot should always reflect what's actually happening with your deals and accounts

• You'll become fluent in STRV's offering and sales process, using a consultative approach to guide conversations, negotiate budgets and recognize upsell opportunities before the client does

• Your work here has a direct line to how STRV scales. That's the point of the role

How You Fit In

You’re all about relationships — not just managing them, but actually getting to the heart of what clients need. You ask the right questions, turn feedback into action and know how to build trust that lasts. You’re quick to spot growth opportunities and can frame value in a way that truly clicks. And because you understand how digital products get built, you’re just as comfortable talking strategy with clients as you are syncing with internal teams.

You’re someone we can trust to represent STRV, support our growth and drive long-term impact for both our clients and our business.

We Expect You to Have

• Proven experience in account management, sales or client success — must be within the tech industry, ideally from a digital agency or consulting background (Cloud or AI services are nice-to-haves)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor narratives to technical and non-technical audiences alike

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with clarity and confidence

• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to manage sales pipelines and track activity

• Business acumen with an understanding of various industries, business models and pricing strategies

• A passion for digital product development and a desire to expand your knowledge across disciplines

• Proactive, self-motivated approach and a collaborative mindset — you know when to lead and when to loop in others
