**ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
**I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years as a State Farm team member and later managed another agent's office. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, and developing a successful team.

Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. I'm actively involved with the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce and serve in a leadership role at New Creation Church. Our agency proudly supports organizations including the Redstone Art Foundation, Two Rivers Community School, New Creation Preschool, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Legacy Dance Company, Carbondale Clay Center, and Grizzly Hockey.

Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, disability and life insurance, prenatal leave, a monthly health stipend, and licensing reimbursement. We're committed to supporting our team while creating opportunities for long-term success.

Our culture is built on honesty, positivity, and accountability. I'm looking for someone who is motivated, self-disciplined, reliable, and eager to grow. This is an in-office position, so candidates must be able to commute to our Carbondale office. If you're looking to join a growing agency with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
