**ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
**I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of seven. Before opening this agency, I previously was a Sales Leader for State Farm. That experience gave me a unique perspective on coaching, developing people, and building a high-performing team. Today, our agency is proud to rank among the top 5% of State Farm agencies.

Giving back to the community is important to us. Our team proudly supports organizations like Habitat for Humanity and the local Food Bank, and we believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, group life insurance, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in investing in our team and creating opportunities for long-term success.

Our culture is family-oriented, supportive, and driven to achieve excellence. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, outgoing, and has a high level of integrity. If you're a self-starter who enjoys helping people and wants to be part of a top-performing team, we'd love to meet you.
