Account Manager (US-based)

We're looking for an Account Manager in the US to own a portfolio of Amazon Ads clients end to end: onboarding, day-to-day optimization, performance reporting, and renewal conversations. You'll work closely with our Customer Growth Managers, Support, and Product teams to make sure every client is getting real value out of BidX - not just a dashboard, but a partner who understands their business and their Amazon strategy.

This is a client-facing, outcomes-driven role. You'll be judged on retention, campaign performance, and how responsive and proactive you are when something needs attention.

• Manage a portfolio of Amazon advertising accounts across Self Service and ManagedService tiers, owning the relationship from onboarding through renewal
• Monitor campaign performance (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, Share of Voice) andproactively flag issues or opportunities - don't wait for the client to notice first
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for both marketing-savvy stakeholders and non-technical business owners
• Handle escalations calmly and quickly; loop in dev, product, or leadership when a fix requires it, and keep the client informed the whole way
• Keep CRM records (HubSpot) and task tracking (ClickUp) accurate and up to date - no orphaned tasks, no stale notes
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your book of business
• Collaborate with Product on feature gaps or bugs your clients hit, and represent theclient's voice internally
• Support onboarding of new accounts alongside our Customer Onboarding Specialist

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role —ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital advertising
• Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display,DSP) and core metrics like ACOS/TACOS/ROAS; hands-on Seller Central or Amazon
• Ads console experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks - you notice when something's off before the client emails you
• Clear, confident communicator in English (client base spans DE and international markets)
• Organized under pressure: you can manage a full portfolio of accounts without letting anything slip through the cracks
• Experience with CRM/task tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar); comfortable picking up new internal tools quickly
• A collaborative streak - you're quick to loop in the right internal team rather than sitting on a problem
• Excellent knowledge of English (German is a nice add-on)

Nice to Have

• Experience managing agency or multi-brand accounts
• Familiarity with bid automation tools or advertising analytics platforms
• Prior experience in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up
