Account Payable Supervisor (Laguna Service)Position Specific Requirements:Daily:
- Record supplier and consignment invoices.
- Handle overseas accounts payable.
- Process petty cash reimbursements.
- Prepare and submit VAT by the 15th and withholding tax by the 7th.
Monthly:
- Process payments to Thai and overseas suppliers.
- Handle payroll-related expenses.
- Prepare journal vouchers (JV).
- Reconcile accounts payable.
Quarterly:
- Prepare related party transaction (RPT) confirmations.
