Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduate or Master’s Degree with 5 years in Information Technology, Computer science Engineering with at least 2+ years in US healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).
- Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences.
Preferred:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum Certifications, ITIL and Lean Six Sigma.
