We are seeking high-energy, outgoing, and enthusiastic Immersive Experience Educators/Performers (known as "Zupervisors" in KidZania) to bring our interactive kid-sized city to life through storytelling, role-play, education, and guest engagement.

In this role, you aren't just supervising; you are performing, teaching, and mentoring. One day you might be driving a fire truck and leading emergency chants to put out a "blaze," and the next you could be guiding future pilots through flight simulation or leading a medical round as a doctor in our hospital.

Whether teaching, performing, coaching, or mentoring, your ability to connect with children and bring each experience to life is what transforms an activity into a truly immersive experience.

If you enjoy working directly with children and creating positive, engaging experiences for young guests (ages 4-14), this is the perfect outlet for your talents!

• An Expressive Stage: Put your acting, teaching, coaching, dancing, presentation, or public speaking skills to work in an environment built purely for exploration and imagination.

• Predictable Weekday Hours: Perfect for those working evening gigs, college students, former educators looking for steady daytime hours, or stay-at-home parents while the kids are at school.

• Great Perks: Enjoy paid time off, employee discounts, free KidZania tickets, and paths for internal performance-based growth.

• Monitor participant safety and respond appropriately to guest incidents to ensure a safe and positive experience for every guest.

• Follow all safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies while facilitating immersive experiences.
