Admin Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to support our data and reporting functions. This role mainly involves working with Microsoft Excel to organise, update, and maintain data.

This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates who are willing to learn and have good Excel knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling and organising data from different sources

• Update and maintain records in Microsoft Excel

• Generate reports using Pivot Tables

• Perform data checking, cleaning, and verification

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data

• Monitor shop performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance analysis.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and audits.

• Assist in the development and implementation of investment control strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT or related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

• Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data management).

• Responsible for creating executive reports, business dashboards, and operational tracking spreadsheets.

• Ideal for candidates who understand business operations and enjoy working with numbers and process optimization.

• Fluency in English, Malay (Mandarin - added advantage)
