Admin Assistant (Spanish Speaking)
Location:** Remote
Working Hours: US Business Hours (3:00 PM - 11PM)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing vendor relationships, entering and paying bills, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and pay bills accurately into the system.
- Review bills to ensure pricing and quantities match received orders.
- Order materials and stay in close communication with suppliers.
- Price-match and shop around to secure the best rates from vendors.
- Monitor shipments closely to ensure all orders arrive on time.
- Answer client calls and emails regarding order changes or delivery status.
- Stay fully present and accessible during the shift to handle requests.
Requirements & Qualifications
