Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant (A.S.K.) in its North or South Carolina offices. This position will support attorneys and staff throughout our U.S. offices. The working hours for this position are Monday and Tuesday 9:00 - 5:30 PM EST, and Wednesday through Friday 11:30 - 8:00 PM EST.
This position is not eligible for full-time remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit invoices and expense reimbursements through ChromeRiver
- Schedule and update calendars
- Initiate file opening process for conflicts checks
- Record time entry
- Arrange travel accommodations
- Assist with the preparation and word processing of documents
- File documents in document management system
- Upload electronic documents
- Prepare outgoing US Mail, FedEx, UPS envelopes/packages
- Perform special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred
