At R & R Bronec Grain & Cattle, we’re a family-owned grain and cattle operation in Montana’s Golden Triangle. We’ve doubled in size over the last few years, and we’re building the team and systems to support our next stage of growth.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeping & Systems to take day-to-day QuickBooks and data entry off our CEO’s plate and help build smarter systems for tracking receipts, inventory, and employee records. Why You’ll Love This Role
As the Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeping & Systems, you’ll:
- Own day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks, coding transactions, entering bills and deposits, and reconciling supplier invoices and statements.
- Design and build simple, technology-driven systems for capturing receipts, tracking farm inventory, and managing employee HR records.
- Recommend and roll out apps, integrations, and automations that cut manual data entry and save management time.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures in Trello and help the team adopt new tools and processes.
- Grow with the business: the role can start part-time and build to full-time, with room to take on more financial responsibility over time.
What We’re Looking For
