The Admin Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all paperwork, documentation and certifications are shipped with the install kit. The Admin Department is responsible for ensuring that all install, install change, re-install, and CA Misc Ship transactions are processed and printed once they drop into the CSS queue. Once a transaction is put into the queue by Sales, the Admin Team will review the transaction to verify it is setup correctly and all the information on the account is accurate. If the account is setup correctly, they will process and print the paperwork and deliver it to the shipping staging area. If the account is setup incorrectly, they will email the Rep that setup the initial transaction and have them correct it. Once corrected they can now move on with their process.
