That’s what Gravity of Luck means to us.
We’re building one of the fastest-growing iGaming products in Tier-1 markets, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to build strong affiliate partnerships, scale high-quality traffic and turn performance into revenue.

About Gravira Group
Gravira Group is a fast-growing international iGaming company focused on Tier-1 markets.
We build and scale our own products by combining Product, Acquisition, CRM, Payments, Engineering and Analytics into one high-performance system.
We move fast.
We make decisions based on data.
We trust ownership over bureaucracy.
We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who can strengthen our Affiliate Department.

Why this role exists
Affiliate growth is not about simply bringing more traffic.
It’s about bringing the right traffic.
The right partner, the right deal, the right traffic source and the right optimization can directly impact revenue and profitability.
Your mission is to build and manage revenue-driving affiliate partnerships, continuously improve their performance and expand our access to high-quality Tier-1 traffic.
You’ll own the relationship with affiliates from acquisition and onboarding through performance optimization and long-term growth.

What You’ll Own
Searching for, onboarding and managing affiliates and webmasters with high-quality traffic from FB, SEO, ASO and PPC.
Running cold outreach to identify and activate new partners.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with affiliates and webmasters.
Driving performance growth across existing partnerships.
Analysing traffic sources, performance metrics and ROI.
Working towards ROMI 100%+ across relevant campaigns.
Negotiating commercial deals and optimizing partnership conditions.
Identifying top-performing partnerships and scaling them.
Collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to launch new offers and improve conversion.
Monitoring daily statistics, payments and fraud indicators.
Identifying traffic quality issues and performance opportunities.
Expanding and diversifying traffic channels across CA, DE and AT.
Continuously testing new partners, traffic sources and approaches to affiliate acquisition.

What Success Looks Like
Six months after joining Gravira Group:
A strong portfolio of active Tier-1 affiliate partnerships has been built.
Top-performing partners are being scaled systematically.
Affiliate campaigns are meeting or exceeding profitability expectations.
Traffic quality and performance are continuously monitored and optimized.
New affiliates are being consistently sourced and activated through both outreach and existing networks.
Partnerships generate measurable contribution to revenue and business growth.
Traffic sources are becoming more diversified across FB, SEO, ASO and PPC.
Affiliate performance is driven by data rather than assumptions.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Partner Manager in iGaming.
Has a strong understanding of affiliate management, traffic arbitrage and performance marketing.
Has hands-on experience with analytics and affiliate technology such as Postback, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro or similar platforms.
Can analyse traffic performance and make data-driven decisions.
Has strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Understands the financial side of affiliate partnerships and works with clear performance goals.
Takes ownership of results rather than simply managing relationships.
Is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Has English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have
Your own database of Tier-1 affiliates or webmasters.
Experience with cold outreach and onboarding new affiliates.
Existing partnerships with SEO, ASO or PPC webmasters.
Experience working in startups or fast-moving iGaming environments.

Why Gravira Group
This is a role for someone who wants to have a direct impact on affiliate growth.
You’ll work with Tier-1 traffic and high budgets, with a clear connection between your decisions and business results.
You’ll have the opportunity to implement your own affiliate strategy, test new approaches and build partnerships that directly contribute to revenue.

We value:
Ownership over bureaucracy.
Performance over activity.
Speed over unnecessary processes.

It’s the result of curiosity.
