Must have
- 4-8+ years of affiliate or performance marketing experience, with the majority of it on the network side.
- Affiliate network experience is required — you have managed affiliates inside a network, not exclusively on the agency or advertiser side.
- Demonstrated experience managing affiliate media buyers and evaluating the economics of traffic sources.
- Hands-on Everflow experience — able to pull, read, and act on network reporting without support.
- Track record of hands-on affiliate recruitment, development, and revenue growth at scale.
- Relationship-driven sales instincts — comfortable prospecting, pitching offers, negotiating payouts, and closing.
- Experience across a broad mix of offer types (CPA, CPL, CPI, CPE) and verticals, with the ability to step into an active pipeline and produce from day one.

The Position:
Aragon Premium (https://aragonpremium.com) is the affiliate network within The Aragon Company. Our network connects advertisers with affiliates and vetted media buyers across a broad range of verticals including fintech, insurance, home services, rewarded gaming, mobile apps, consumer, and more. We are seeking an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager to recruit, develop, and scale affiliate partnerships across the full range of offers in our network. We have deep advertiser demand and a strong pipeline of affiliate activity to work — this is a relationship-driven, revenue-owning role for someone who can step in on day one and make an immediate impact. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Network Director and Chief Growth Officer, working closely with the account management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Recruitment & Network Growth
- Recruit direct media buyers and affiliate partners across Facebook, Google, native, TikTok, programmatic, push, in-app, email, content, mass media, and search channels.
- Build and maintain a structured affiliate recruitment pipeline with clear sourcing, qualification, and activation stages.
