Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager based in the United States.

Take ownership of a high-impact affiliate and partnerships channel within a fast-growing, sustainable direct-to-consumer business. You will lead the strategy and execution of a global creator and ambassador program across the United States, Canada, and Australia. Combining commercial accountability with hands-on operations, you will drive profitable acquisition while strengthening creator relationships and expanding brand reach. You will use performance data, cohort insights, and experimentation to optimize revenue, customer retention, and acquisition economics. The role also spans TikTok and TikTok Shop, creator-led content, product seeding, and in-person brand activations. Working closely with the Founder & CEO and a lean team, you will have significant ownership and room to shape the channel's continued growth.

Accountabilities

As the owner of the affiliate and partnerships channel, you will be responsible for its strategy, revenue performance, profitability, and day-to-day execution across multiple markets. Your responsibilities will include:

-
Own affiliate revenue targets and channel performance, maintaining discipline around acquisition costs, payback periods, and customer lifetime value.

-
Manage channel economics through contribution margin, LTV, blended CAC, and cohort retention analysis, reallocating investment toward creators who attract valuable, long-term subscribers.

-
Lead the global affiliate and creator program across the United States, Canada, and Australia, overseeing creator sourcing, platform strategy, gifting, PR, and strategic partnerships.

-
Drive US market expansion through TikTok and TikTok Shop, developing creator-led acquisition strategies tailored to the market.

-
Build and optimize the creator lifecycle, converting customers into ambassadors, affiliates, and top-performing partners while improving onboarding and activation speed.

-
Develop a diversified creator roster, strengthening mid-tier relationships and reducing revenue concentration among a small number of top performers.

-
Build a scalable creative pipeline through creator-generated content, whitelisting, and asset distribution to support paid social campaigns and improve blended acquisition costs.

-
Use creator partnerships and product seeding to promote adjacent products, including the Pantry line, supporting subscription conversion and increasing average order value.

-
Plan and manage in-person activations, including sampling campaigns, farmers markets, food and wellness festivals, community events, pop-ups, retail activations, creator trips, and creator-house initiatives.

-
Design and test profitable creator compensation models, including commissions, flat fees, guarantees, and tiered incentives, while managing rate cards and negotiations.

-
Own the affiliate technology and attribution stack, including Upfluence, AWIN, Roster, and Triple Whale, and assess channel incrementality through holdouts, geographic tests, and other experiments.

-
Lead and coach the affiliate team while remaining directly involved in operational execution and resolving reporting or reliability gaps.

-
Provide leadership with clear weekly and bi-weekly performance updates, translating data into insights, recommendations, and actionable strategic decisions.

-
Build strong relationships with top-performing creators, supporting their continued growth while actively managing partnership and revenue concentration risks.

-
Strong understanding of growth and profitability metrics, including CAC, blended CAC, LTV, LTV, payback period, contribution margin, and cohort-based retention.

-
Experience launching or scaling programs in new markets, ideally including the US market.

-
Strong knowledge of TikTok and TikTok Shop strategies, particularly for creator-led acquisition.

-
Hands-on experience organizing offline activations, sampling events, creator trips, or similar initiatives, with an understanding of their commercial impact.

-
Experience using creator partnerships and product seeding to launch or grow secondary products while supporting the core offering.

-
Previous experience managing or mentoring marketing professionals, with the ability to improve team performance and operational reliability.

-
Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to turn complex performance data into clear recommendations and confidently present them to leadership.

-
Familiarity with affiliate and attribution platforms such as Upfluence, AWIN, Impact, Roster, Triple Whale, or equivalent tools.

-
Comfort incorporating AI tools and automation into daily workflows to improve efficiency and execution.
