Join Serbia’s Strongest Dispatch Team — After Hours Dispatcher / Track & Trace (Novi Beograd)

Tired of boring job posts? Good — because we’re not a boring company.
We move over hundreds of trucks across the U.S. every day, and our team in Novi Beograd is the command center behind it.
We’re looking for sharp, ambitious, fast-thinking people who can handle real action — night shifts, pressure, and quick decisions that keep America running.

Position

• After Hours Dispatcher / Track & Trace

• Location: Novi Beograd (Office only — no remote work)

• Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Be the night hero: coordinate U.S. drivers after hours and keep operations running smoothly.

• Track shipments, solve problems, and keep customers informed.

• Handle breakdowns, delays, and unexpected challenges like a pro.

• Update systems, reports, and delivery confirmations (PODs) with precision.

• Work side by side with operations, safety, and maintenance teams — because we’re one unit.

What We Expect

• Experience in U.S. trucking dispatch (Dry Van preferred).

• Excellent English — written and spoken.

• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and logical.

• Computer savvy (TMS experience = big plus).

• Ready to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be present in our Novi Beograd office — this is a team sport.

What You’ll Get

• Competitive pay + performance bonuses.

• Official employment with full benefits.

• 3 weeks of paid vacation.

• Massive growth potential — we promote fast, not by seniority but by skill.

• Work with the most ambitious young dispatch team in Serbia.

• Learn U.S. logistics from the inside — build a career, not just a job.

• Office energy that feels more like a mission than a shift.

Why This Job Is Different

• We don’t do average.

• We move fast, solve hard problems, and reward results.

• If you’re ready to build something big, not just answer phones — you’ll fit right in.

Apply now — bring your energy, your English, and your drive.

You’ll leave average behind the day you walk into our Novi Beograd office.
