About the Role
We're building AI-powered systems that actually move the business forward — not demos that live in decks. As our AI Automation Engineer, you'll be the person who makes it happen: wiring LLMs into real workflows, shipping AI agents, and finding automation wins across marketing, ops, and client projects.
If you love tinkering with prompts at midnight, get excited when a webhook fires correctly, and can explain why a model hallucinated — this is your seat.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain AI agents using platforms like Dify, Flowise, and OpenClaw
- Integrate LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) into internal tools and client systems
- Connect chatbots to WhatsApp, email, and other messaging channels
- Write, test, and optimize prompts — system prompts, few-shot templates, output parsers
- Identify automation opportunities in ops, marketing, and admin; then build them
- Keep pipelines healthy: error handling, retry logic, monitoring
- Stay sharp on the latest in AI tooling and share what you learn with the team
