About WTW
WTW is an award-winning advisory, broking, and solutions company that supports clients worldwide in transforming risk into opportunities for growth. With a rich insurance heritage dating back to 1828, from the Titanic in 1912 to the Moon Buggy in 1971, WTW brings deep industry expertise and longstanding experience.
This role can be based in Lisbon or Manila. Our WTW Regional Delivery Center, in the heart of Lisbon, brings together a strong global team of more than 450 colleagues who deliver operational excellence every day through innovation and streamlined, efficient solutions. In Manila, you will join our delivery team there and work as one team with colleagues in Lisbon and across our markets.
About the role
We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders across our Retirement markets and the Retirement AI & Automation CoE, turning business needs into practical AI and automation solutions.
You will shape solutions from discovery and requirements through delivery and adoption, making sure we solve the right problems and deliver measurable value. You will help decide where Generative AI, AI agents or low-code automation fit best, challenge requirements constructively and define the outcomes that guide delivery.
This role suits someone who enjoys solving business problems, understands what AI can and cannot do, and is comfortable working between business users and technical teams.
What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, pain points and opportunities;
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to gather, analyze and challenge business requirements;
- Assess, with the Tech Lead, whether a problem is best solved with Generative AI, AI agents, low-code automation or process change;
- Define the business problem, expected outcomes and success measures before solutions move into delivery;
- Secure a named business owner for each use case and work with them to define test cases and what a correct output looks like;
- Translate business needs into clear, development-ready user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows;
- Map business processes and rules in a way that engineers can turn into reusable agent skills;
- Define AI-specific requirements such as data sources, expected outputs, quality thresholds, human review steps and evaluation criteria;
- Analyze and prepare the data that solutions rely on, from sources such as Excel, databases and Microsoft Fabric;
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and support Agile delivery through refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives;
