Full description
Are you passionate about AI? 🤖
At Satori Analytics, our ambition is to change the world one algorithm at a time. We help global brands make better sense of their data. Our work spans the full data lifecycle, from ingestion all the way to AI applications. It ranges from cloud-based data ecosystems for fintech to predictive models for airlines.
We’re a fast-growing scale-up with a team of 100+ tech specialists, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists and more. Together we deliver analytics solutions across FMCG, retail, manufacturing and financial services (FSI), from our base in South-Eastern Europe to clients beyond it.
The role
We’re looking for an AI Engineer (Low Code) to help organisations put AI to work quickly, securely and at scale. You’ll design and deliver AI agents, copilots and intelligent automations on the leading enterprise platforms from Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce and Databricks. You’ll work hand in hand with clients and our technical teams, taking ideas from first workshop to working solution.
Your Day will Look Like:
- Build AI agents and copilots: Design, configure and deploy conversational and task-oriented agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Gemini Enterprise, and Salesforce Agentforce.
- Automate business processes: Create Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps) that bring AI into everyday workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Bring data to life: Set up Databricks Genie spaces so business users can explore data in natural language, and build domain-specific agents with Databricks Agent Bricks.
- Connect agents to enterprise knowledge: Ground agents in company documents, data sources and business systems using connectors, APIs and platform-native retrieval capabilities.
- Test, measure and improve: Define test scenarios, evaluate response quality and monitor usage so your solutions keep getting better after go-live.
- Build responsibly: Apply security, access control, data governance and responsible AI practices within each platform.
- Partner with clients: Run discovery sessions, translate business needs into solution designs, present prototypes and recommend the platform that best fits each client’s technology landscape.
- Document and enable: Produce clear documentation and help business users adopt and get value from the solutions you build.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building solutions on at least one of the following: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Gemini Enterprise, Amazon Bedrock Agents, Salesforce Agentforce or Databricks.
- A solid understanding of how LLM-based solutions work, including prompt design, grounding/RAG, tool and action calling, and their limitations.
