Marketing Specialist

AVELaunch Books is a team that creates non-fiction books end-to-end for entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and thought leaders. We help experts turn their knowledge and experience into a structured, meaningful book — a tool for influence, trust, and business growth. We work deeply with each client: preserving their unique voice, building a strong narrative, and delivering a product that establishes authority in their field.
About the role
We’re looking for a marketer who knows how to sell. You’ll own the full client path, from the first ad to payment. Your main goal is sales. We’ve built some of this ourselves, and we’re looking for your experience to make it better. We’re a small team, so you’ll work directly with the founders.
⚡ Important: we work with AI every day
AI tools are the core of how we work. You’ll use them actively from day one.
You don’t need experience building AI agents. It’s enough that you use AI in everyday life. We’ll teach you the rest.
What matters to us is that you enjoy working with AI and discovering new tools.
What you’ll do
Define what exactly we sell and to whom, in the client’s own words.
Launch ads and sales pages, and test new products on small budgets.
Calculate what one client costs us and decide what to do next.
Grow what already brings in clients.
Find where we lose clients and fix it.
What we’re looking for
Marketing experience that brought real sales.
Examples of your work with numbers: what you spent, how many leads and sales you got.
Ability to launch ads and sales pages and analyze the results.
Understanding of why people buy, and the ability to put it in simple words.
Fluent Ukrainian, English B1 or higher.
Nice to have
Experience running your own business or in sales.
Deeper AI experience: automation, AI agents.
Tools
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). Nice to have: LinkedIn Ads, Figma, CRM.
What we offer:
Full-time remote work.
Flexible Monday–Friday schedule.
Fixed salary + KPI-based bonus.
3-month trial period.
21 vacation days + 1 extra day off for your birthday.
Sick leave.
Direct impact on how project delivery processes are built in the company.
Work with meaningful expert content and non-fiction book projects.
Hiring process:
CV, one funnel case with numbers, and a short intro video about yourself.
Prescreen interview with the recruiter.
Test task.
Final interview with the founders: test task defence.
Offer and onboarding.
