Your work will directly influence how our clients perceive and mitigate operational risks, transforming raw data into actionable, automated intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines that integrate seamlessly with existing financial data infrastructures to improve model accuracy and latency.

• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate the extraction and analysis of unstructured financial documents, significantly reducing manual processing time.

• Implement robust MLOps frameworks to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of models, ensuring consistent performance monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for NLP-driven applications.

• Optimize existing AI models for production environments, focusing on cost-efficiency, scalability, and adherence to strict data security and compliance standards.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing advanced NLP models and Generative AI solutions within high-volume data environments.

• Proficiency in building and maintaining MLOps workflows using industry-standard tools to ensure model reliability and reproducibility.

• Strong programming background in Python, with deep experience in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and familiarity with LLM orchestration tools.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering efforts and business objectives.

• A minimum of 5 - 8 years of professional experience in developing and deploying production-grade machine learning solutions.

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, combined with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across our Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Hyderabad offices.
