AI Project Program Manager

Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) builds the products that power infrastructure, solutions, and data management our customers need most. Our teams design and develop the hardware and software that connect infrastructure, accelerate computational workloads, integrate across the stack, protect data continuity, and deliver the platforms, applications, and diagnostics our customers rely on every day at enterprise scale.

Some product builders follow the rules. Ours rewrite them.

Within ISG, innovation isn't just about creating new technology- it's about challenging assumptions and reimagining how work gets done. Engineers define intent, author precise specifications, and orchestrate AI agents that execute at speed and scale. AI is embedded throughout our development process, helping us move faster, learn quicker, and deliver greater impact. Yet the most important contribution remains uniquely human: deciding what to build, designing how it should work, and applying the judgment needed to earn our customers' trust. When your products power critical infrastructure around the world, that responsibility matters.

We move quickly toward the work that matters most. We reward experimentation, encourage bold thinking, and remove unnecessary barriers so great ideas can become reality faster. Our teams embrace a customer-first, first-to-market mindset, transforming rapid feedback into better products and better outcomes. We aren't looking for people who are content with the status quo- we look for builders who question it, improve it, and occasionally rewrite it.

If you're energized by solving complex systems challenges, excited to work alongside AI to amplify your impact, and motivated by the opportunity to shape what's next instead of simply maintaining what's been done before, you'll find your place here.

Join us and help build the future of enterprise technology.

As an AI Project Program Manager on our Project team in Norway/ Sweden/ Finland/ Denmark to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, where you will serve as the critical bridge between what was sold and what is realized for our customers. In this high-impact role, you will orchestrate end-to-end deployment projects - including large-scale GPU and network rack installations -on-site within customer data center environments, ensuring every solution lands on time, on budget, and fully aligned to contracted outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of hands-on delivery excellence and strategic advisory, leveraging predictive risk insights and an AI-forward mindset to drive measurable customer value.

What You'll Achieve

You will evolve beyond traditional project management into the role of a trusted value orchestrator -someone who doesn't just track milestones but actively shapes customer confidence, mitigates risk before it materializes, and identifies lifecycle value and expansion opportunities throughout every engagement. From managing daily workflows and shift-level task sequencing to resolving real-time onsite challenges, your work will ensure that the promise made during the sale becomes the reality experienced by the customer, reinforcing Dell Technologies' reputation as an outcomes-driven partner.

You will:

• Travel regularly to customer data center sites to lead deployment activities - including GPU, network, and large-scale compute rack installations. Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining hands-on visibility into daily workflows, shift activities, and site readiness.
• Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and value orchestrator, translating contracted scope into realized outcomes while acting as the primary onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk escalation, and issue resolution across logistics, installation, and construction readiness.
• Drive disciplined scope management by proactively identifying out-of-scope requests and facilitating formal change requests, ensuring customer approval and stakeholder accountability when scope, assumptions, or requirements evolve. Protect delivery objectives by aligning commercial, sales, and delivery teams on ownership, approvals, and remediation of scope gaps or omissions.
• Deploy predictive risk insights to identify early warning signals -such as schedule slippage, resource gaps, vendor delays, or site-readiness blockers, and intervene proactively to protect delivery timelines and customer confidence.
• Drive lifecycle value and expansion opportunities by maintaining a consultative lens throughout the engagement, providing clear daily and shift-level reporting to program leadership, and surfacing areas where additional Dell Technologies solutions can accelerate the customer's business objectives.
• Embrace change, emerging technologies, and AI-driven tools to continuously improve delivery methodologies, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder coordination across complex, multi-workstream data center deployments.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).

Essential Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management within technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations, with a proven track record of delivering complex, customer-facing deployment projects.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate as a credible onsite lead and advisor to technical teams, vendors, contractors, customer executives, and internal leadership simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent deployment workstreams, balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality, including daily task tracking, issue troubleshooting, and transparent reporting to program leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer data center sites across EMEA (Mainly Nordics and Iceland), including extended onsite rotational periods as project demands require.
• Demonstrated ability to apply formal problem-solving and issue-resolution methodologies to maintain project momentum, particularly during the real-time troubleshooting and escalation scenarios common in large-scale deployments.

Desirable Requirements:

• familiarity with AI infrastructure and data center technologies, including AI networking environments, HPC, InfiniBand, NVLink, and high-speed Ethernet technologies (400G/800G).
• Experience working in data center deployment or construction environments, including the ability to interpret construction plans and familiarity with site safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and multi-vendor project environments.

Additional Notes

This role requires flexibility to support varying schedules and deployment phases. Candidates must be comfortable working in dynamic, high-pressure environments where onsite decision-making is critical.
