We are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to join a growing engineering and technology team in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative AI-driven solutions, taking ideas from concept through to deployment while collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams.

- Design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions to address complex business and engineering challenges
- Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready AI applications
- Develop and maintain Python-based software solutions following engineering best practices
- Support the deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement of AI systems
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across teams
- Work closely with colleagues across global locations to support project delivery
