- Configure agent setups for the team: rules, instructions, prompt libraries, and reusable workflows;
- Share knowledge through demos, pair-programming, and workshops to build team confidence with AI tools;
- Develop, maintain, and evolve applications across modern (C#, .NET, React, TypeScript) and legacy stacks (COBOL, Delphi, PowerBuilder, FoxPro, WinDev);
- Use AI agents to write, review, test code, and analyze, document, and explain legacy systems and business rules;

- Design, develop, and maintain features; write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles;
- Participate in code reviews and work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments;
- Support and mentor less experienced engineers in AI-assisted development practices.
PROFILE
- 4 to 6 years of professional software development experience;
- Proven hands-on experience with AI coding agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code), including configuration and rule management;
- Experience building agentic workflows, MCP servers, or custom AI tooling;
- Genuine openness to work with legacy technologies (COBOL, Delphi, PowerBuilder, FoxPro, WinDev);
- Solid experience with modern stack (C#/.NET and/or React/TypeScript/JavaScript);
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and automated testing (unit, integration, E2E);
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices;
- Strong curiosity, analytical skills, clear communication, and ownership mindset;
- Fluent English (mandatory); French/Spanish a plus.
