About the Opportunity
Talentlab is looking for an AI Software Engineer to join our client's growing AI and Data team. This is a hands-on role focused on building and deploying real-world AI and Machine Learning solutions.
You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and MLOps, helping take ideas from experimentation through to reliable production systems. The work will include LLM-powered applications, RAG, intelligent document processing, vector search, and agentic AI.
You’ll work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Cloud/DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to build solutions that are scalable, secure, and practical.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications and services
- Build and improve ML pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop LLM-powered applications using technologies such as RAG, vector databases, and AI agents
- Build APIs, automation, and supporting services around AI/ML solutions
- Deploy AI solutions in Microsoft Azure and enterprise data environments
- Improve testing, monitoring, observability, and reliability of AI systems
- Work with Cloud and DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment automation, and infrastructure
- Help develop MLOps and LLMOps practices and improve the overall AI platform
- Work with the broader team to solve technical challenges and bring new AI capabilities into production
