About the role

We are looking for an AI Strategy Manager to join our UK team in London. You will work alongside our Retail & Consumer leadership, shaping how Quantium approaches the market with AI-led solutions. This role turns our internal transformation thinking into client-ready strategy: go-to-market propositions, decision-ready recommendations and the packaged materials that bring them to life. You will also work closely with our global strategy teams, with a remit that covers Retail and Consumer in the UK and works across verticals as needed.

How will you make an impact?

• Strategic problem solving: Frame complex commercial challenges and develop clear, decision-ready recommendations for the UK business

• Go-to-market strategy: Build Quantium's client-facing AI proposition for retail and consumer clients, translating internal work into compelling client materials

• Partnership and alignment: Work with UK leaders and global strategy teams to align approaches where it adds value, and tailor them where the UK market needs something different

• Client-ready execution: Support large, high-profile client opportunities, including RFPs and redesign processes, from behind the scenes

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team

• Consulting strategy background: Experience in strategy consulting, or in a strategy house, with the frameworks and toolkit that come with it

• Sharp problem solving: A structured, curious approach to ambiguous problems, with the ability to get to the heart of an issue quickly

• Commercial thinking: An understanding of how analytics and AI create value for clients

• Communication: The ability to distil complex ideas into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior audiences

• Retail or consumer exposure: Useful, though not essential. We value people who can quickly pick up our context

Remember, you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.

What could your Quantium experience look like?

Working at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination. You will get to solve complex problems using rigor, precision and by asking great questions, and you can think big, outside the box and push your problem-solving skills to the max.

By joining the Quantium team, you'll get to:

• Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You'll be in the driver's seat, and we empower you to make your career your own.

• Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners).

• Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank.

On top of the Quantium experience, you will enjoy a range of great benefits, including:

• Flexible work arrangements: Achieve work life balance at your own pace with hybrid and flexible work arrangements.

• Remote working: Option to work in another country for up to 30 calendar days per year, balancing your career with the freedom to work globally. Eligibility criteria apply.

• Private medical insurance: Convenient access to medical treatment without the hassle of waiting lists, through our Group Private Medical Insurance.

• Life assurance: Peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

• Income protection: Focus on your recovery without the stress of financial instability.
