Day to day you define AI features and requirements, prototype ideas, research users, weigh technical trade-offs (latency, memory, privacy), and drive features from discovery through delivery with engineering and design.

Skills
Must have
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally on AI software products with technical engineering teams
- Practical experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features
- Working understanding of AI concepts (inference, harnesses, model capabilities and limitations, context, evaluation) and interest in local/on-device AI
- Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into a clear user problem, proposed solution, and actionable requirements
- Strong product judgment with attention to usability, scope, and measurable user value
- Confidence creating prototypes using design or coding tools
- Clear written and verbal communication, including discussing technical trade-offs with engineers and non-technical colleagues
- Proactive, collaborative approach; takes responsibility, asks questions early, incorporates feedback
- Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development
- Excellent English communication skills

- Experience with local AI, on-device inference, or open-source models
- Experience building AI assistants, conversational interfaces, or multimodal features
- Familiarity with desktop or mobile product development
