AI & Technology Analyst - Rotational Program

The AI & Technology Analyst – Rotational Program at Hyper Solutions is a two-year development program designed for recent college graduates interested in artificial intelligence, technology, and business innovation. This program provides hands-on experience across multiple business functions, allowing participants to identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve productivity, streamline processes, and optimize workflows.

Throughout six four-month rotations, participants will work directly with business leaders to identify challenges, develop technology-driven solutions, and implement AI-powered tools that support real business needs. Each rotation includes a defined project with measurable outcomes, providing opportunities to build technical skills, gain cross-functional experience, and present results to senior leadership.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI, automation, and technology across different business functions
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and automations that improve business workflows
• Complete defined projects during each four-month rotation, focusing on measurable business improvements
• Collaborate with functional leaders through regular check-ins to understand business needs and project priorities
• Validate data inputs, outputs, and system accuracy to ensure reliable automation solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for deployed tools and workflows
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and business impact to senior leadership at the conclusion of each rotation
• Identify additional opportunities for automation and process improvement beyond assigned projects

Additional Responsibilities

• Support the transition of deployed solutions between rotations, including training incoming program participants
• Contribute to a shared library of automation tools and solutions that can be leveraged across the organization
• Build relationships with employees and leaders across multiple departments
• Explore emerging AI technologies and practical applications that support business productivity
• Participate in cross-functional projects that provide exposure to different areas of Hyper's operations
