We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Test Analyst to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of digital products. In this role, you will take ownership of test planning and execution, identifying potential issues before they affect end users. You will combine manual and automated testing practices to validate system functionality and support consistent product delivery. Working closely with development teams in an Agile environment, you will contribute to defect management, testing strategies, and continuous quality improvements. You will also help strengthen testing processes and promote collaboration across the product development lifecycle. Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements and expected system behavior.

Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, reliability, and overall product quality.

Identify, document, report, and track bugs, defects, and system failures, ensuring clear communication and follow-up through resolution.

Collaborate with developers and other team members to investigate issues, clarify requirements, and support timely fixes.

Participate in team meetings and alignment sessions to discuss testing progress, priorities, risks, and quality expectations.

Contribute to Agile development processes, supporting testing activities throughout the sprint lifecycle.
