Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ERP/Mobile Application development
- Explore and implement new AI technologies to drive business growth, productivity, and competitive edge
- Perform software QA, UAT, and AI model validation
- Prepare technical/end-user manuals, and conduct user training on new features
- Provide day-to-day system support
- Handle ad-hoc cross-company projects involving AI pilots and prototypes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years in applications development (MySQL/PHP/iOS/Android/Python)
- Proven mobile development experience with Flutter or React Native
- Hands-on AI application development, such as generative AI, RAG, or computer vision implementations
- Framework experience with Laravel is a plus
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate AI concepts across all levels
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Programmer roles, with AI project exposure prioritized
