Android Developer at Ovolab

Ovolab in Italy is seeking an Android Developer for a full-time remote-capable role. The developer will join a growing team to design, develop, and test native Android apps for both B2B and B2C sectors. A minimum of 2+ years’ experience with Java and the Android SDK is expected, along with proficiency in Android Studio.

The role emphasizes memory management, device performance, and collaboration with UI/UX designers to produce high-quality software used by a broad user base.

Develop Android applications for B2B and B2C with a focus on reliability and performance.
Coordinate work with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver solid apps.
Implement memory management and performance optimization techniques to ensure smooth operation on millions of users.
Collaborate with the team to define and implement features and improvements.

Minimum 2+ years of Android development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java and the Android SDK.
Experience with Android Studio and related tooling.
