About the role
We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with strong hands-on Kotlin development experience to support and maintain a native mobile healthcare application (MyHealth360). The role involves application maintenance, L4/code-level production support, defect resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), minor enhancements, and application releases.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L4/code-level support and resolve complex application and production issues
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), defect fixes, hotfixes, and impact assessments
- Develop and implement approved minor enhancements and change requests
- Troubleshoot mobile application, REST API, backend, and third-party integration issues
- Support payment gateway integrations, particularly iPay88, including troubleshooting Bills & Payments functionality
- Support teleconsultation and video-call functionalities involving Twilio Video SDK
- Manage Android application builds, releases, deployments, and OS/SDK compatibility updates
- Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT activities
- Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with L1/L2/L3 support teams, backend developers, and third-party vendors to resolve issues
