• Refactor and migrate legacy Java-based codebases to modern standards to improve application stability and reduce technical debt.

• Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to uphold high engineering standards across the department.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement performance optimizations that directly impact user retention.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in building complex Android applications with a deep understanding of Kotlin and Java, backed by 3 - 5 years of professional experience.

• Proven ability to design modular architectures using MVVM, ensuring that the codebase remains clean, testable, and scalable as the product grows.

• Hands-on experience in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines, enabling seamless integration and continuous delivery in an agile environment.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical constraints and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of thriving in collaborative, fast-paced team environments based in Pune.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with a proactive approach to learning new frameworks and adapting to evolving mobile technologies.
