Detailed Job Description:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP FI and JVA production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
- Support critical business processes and prioritize incidents based on business impact.
- Coordinate with SAP Basis, ABAP, Integration, and Security teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, workflows, and data replication affecting FI/JVA processes.
- Evaluate and implement approved configuration changes.
- Support minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare functional specifications for development requirements.
- Perform system testing and validation for changes and fixes.
- Update process documentation and support knowledge articles.
- Provide day-to-day production support within SLA commitments.
- Participate in on-call support as required.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
- Monitor application health and proactively address potential issues.
- Track and report support metrics, trends, and service improvements.
