Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and troubleshoot application issues in a production environment.
- Perform technical troubleshooting using Linux, Unix shell scripting, SQL (preferably MariaDB), and Java.
- Conduct structured impact analysis and root cause analysis to resolve application incidents.
- Support application implementation projects within financial institutions.
- Troubleshoot applications involving Hadoop, Kubernetes/VMware Pacific, and microservices concepts.
- Maintain high service quality in a 24x7 support environment through analytical problem-solving and effective communication.

- 2+ years of experience in an application support environment.
