**Job Title: Application Support Specialist (SQL Server) Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Job type: RemoteRole Summary**
Our client is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to manage our SQL Server-based apps. You'll troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and collaborate with devs to improve app stability. CS degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- *Support*: L2/L3 support for SQL Server apps, resolve tickets, identify root cause
- *SQL Expertise*: Write/optimize queries, stored procs, performance tuning
- *Monitoring*: Set up alerts, ensure uptime, performance monitoring
- *Collaboration*: Work with devs, PMs to improve app health
- *Docs*: Maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides
- *User Support*: Help users with app issues, train on best practices
Requirements
