About the role
Position based in Bandar Enstek, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Provide ERP (Microsoft D365) and application support across the Group of Companies. Work independently in a structured environment with minimal supervision, while maintaining open communication with the team and manager for periodic discussions as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Support and guide users to ensure MS D365 and other core business applications run efficiently.
- Handle application configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with users and vendors.
- Manage user accounts and access roles.
- Assist with application projects, including technical input and implementation support.
- Develop and maintain business reports using Cognos Analytics.
- Provide user training and create training materials.
- Maintain and monitor system interfaces and data extractions.
- Coordinate with vendors on projects, issue tracking, enhancements, and quotations.
- Work with service providers to fine-tune application performance.
- Track and optimize license usage and validity.
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the design, implementation, support, and administration of ERP solutions (experience with Microsoft D365 is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PHP or Python.
- Experience with MS SQL Server databases.
- B2B application support.
- IBM Cognos for daily reporting.
- Experience supporting SFA (Sales and Forecasting Automation).
