We are currently looking for an Applied AI & Business Innovation Intern to join our team in Franklin, TN.Advanced Service Technology explores how emerging technology can improve real-world automotive service experiences and business processes. This internship provides an opportunity to work directly with business subject-matter experts, identify opportunities others may accept as "just the way things work," and use applied AI, data, and rapid experimentation to test better approaches. The intern will work on real business challenges with meaningful impact and help shape innovative solutions that improve customer experiences and operational effectiveness.
A Day in the Life:
- Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes using applied AI and emerging technologies.
- Partner with business subject-matter experts to understand current workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and refine AI-assisted solutions and new ways of working.
- Evaluate existing AI-enabled tools and solutions for usability, quality, adoption, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and present findings, prototypes, business cases, and recommendations to Dealer Support leadership.
